Job Description
- Assist in the daily financial and administration duties related to the business
- Key in and record all cash and credit card transactions in the MYOB
- Check all reports generated from the Point-Of-Sale (POS) system
- Manage company payroll process and system
- Bank acount, inter-company and creditors reconciliation
- Submissions for relevant governmental and regulatory requirements relating to staff benefits
- Keep management informed of area activities and any other significant issues relating to business
- Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
Job Requirement
- Working knowledge of related computer and technology applications
- Possess LCCI or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 year of related experience or in the retail industry
- Attentive to detail and accurate
- Well organised
- Cooperative and willing to assist others
- Patient with a positive attitude Experience with MYOB an added advantage
