Job Description

• Incresing the software maintenance renewal rate through effective inside sales techniques.
• Improving our understanding of why customers renew or don't renew software maintenance to drive improvments in tactics and strategy.
• Maintaining a detailed understanding of product updates and articulating those improvements that related to customers typical maintenance renewal drivers.
• Tracking sales activities,customer data and customers status within internal systems ( including SalesForce.com)
• Providing formal quote(s) for software maintenance renewals,cross-sell opportunities and / or upgrades.

Job Requirement

• Pleasant personality,good communication skills,service-oriented,and requires little supervision.
• Posses min of SPM / STPM / A - Level certification or equivalent,any discipline.
• PC literate and proficient with MS Windows and office environment.
• Good spoken and written in English.
• Salary : RM2000 to RM3000

Working Days : 

Monday to Friday : 9.00am to 6.00pm
