Job Description
- Handling outbound and inbound calls. Effectively communicate company's products and services. Responsible to achieve assigned targets.
Job Requirement
- Relevant Diploma / Degree. Working experience in Call Centres or in Telesales environment or Creative/Advertising companies will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with American accent (or British or Australian accent) will be an added advantage.
- Have a passion for cold calling, telemarketing, business development and customer service.
- Able to multi-task and make smart decisions to respond to client requests with much urgency, especially in a rapidly changing environment.
- Must be internet savvy.
- Must be able to work on shifts either from 4.00pm to 1.00am OR 10.30pm to 7.30am to service the UK, American and Canadian clients.
